Each invitation is thoughtfully curated, secured, and elegantly presented so that your suite arrives not just as mail, but as a styled masterpiece ready to leave a lasting impression.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY STANDARDS

National Concierge Service: We provide white-glove fulfillment across the United States. Your heirloom invitations are treated as precious cargo, ensured with elegance from our studio to your doorstep.
Real-Time Assurance: To provide you with absolute peace of mind, tracking information is issued via a personal notification the moment your commission departs our studio. You will be able to follow your legacy’s journey every step of the way.
The Fulfillment Investment: Quality has weight. Shipping fees are calculated based on the substantial weight of our premium materials including architectural acrylics and heavy-weight cotton and the final destination. This investment is billed separately from your design and production total to ensure the most accurate and secure rates.
Signature Arrival: Once dispatched, our standard luxury fulfillment typically arrives within 2–5 business days. We prioritize secure, timely arrivals so your timeline remains as flawless as your design.

The Production Pledge

The moment your agreement is signed, our studio commits a priority production slot, dedicated artistry, and high-end materials specifically to your celebration. Because these resources are reserved solely for you, we maintain the following standards:

The Policy of Exclusivity: Once your Final Design Agreement is signed, the commission is legally binding. To maintain the integrity of our workflow and the exclusivity of our materials, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Irrevocable Investment: All payments including design retainers and final balances are non-refundable investments in your custom commission.
Sole Dedication: Once production is initiated, studio time and materials are dedicated solely to your heirloom pieces. This commitment remains in effect regardless of changes to event dates or personal circumstances.

Your Approval is the final step in our collaborative journey. Before the first ink is pressed or the first sheet is cut, you will receive a Final Digital Proof reflecting every nuance of your invitation.

The Guarantee: Your approval ensures that every name, date, location, and color is flawless. This final check is your guarantee that the physical heirloom will be exactly as you envisioned it.
The Master Production: Once the "Final Seal" is given, your vision moves into our master production, where it is brought to life with architectural precision.

Is there a minimum order requirement? Yes. To maintain our standard of excellence and artisanal production, we require a minimum of 50 invitation suites per design style.
Do you ship nationwide? Absolutely. We provide National Concierge Shipping anywhere in the United States. Every order arrives beautifully packaged, insured, and tracked for your absolute peace of mind.
Can you accommodate bilingual invitations? Yes. Hablamos Español. We frequently design bilingual suites to honor your heritage and ensure every guest feels welcomed in the "language of the heart."
Do you offer "Day-Of" event branding? Yes. To ensure a cohesive visual language, we offer matching Welcome Signs, Seating Charts, and Table Architecture exclusively for clients who have commissioned their invitation suites through our studio.

PAYMENTS & POLICIES

What payment methods do you accept? For your convenience, we accept Zelle, Cash App, and Cash. Our payment process is secure, simple, and straightforward.
Are payments refundable? Due to the highly bespoke and custom-commissioned nature of our work, all payments including retainers and final balances are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I make changes after Final Approval? Once Final Design Approval is granted, your suite moves immediately into production. Any edits requested after this point constitute a new commission and will incur additional material and labor fees.
