Final Sale Policy- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstance.

Client Approval Required- We provide a final digital proof before production begins. Please review carefully names, dates, spellings, and design elements must be confirmed before printing.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments- All deposits, consultation fees, and final balances are strictly non-refundable, regardless of project size or scope.

Binding Agreement- By signing our service agreement, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy even in cases of event cancellation or post-approval changes.
