Fulfillment Investment: Fees are calculated separately based on the tailored packaging requirements, destination, and the secure, insured carrier service selected for your order.

Each suite we create is custom crafted with care, designed with intention, and produced exclusively for your event. Because our artistry is bespoke and our materials are ordered specifically for your project, all completed sales and design retainers are final. We are honored you have chosen us to create something truly timeless for your celebration, and we commit our full resources to your project the moment your agreement is signed.

Order Policy

The Final Design Agreement: Once your order is confirmed, signed, and the design process has begun, the agreement is binding. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstance, as we immediately invest in the time, materials, and production schedule dedicated solely to your heirloom pieces.

Non-Refundable Retainer & Balances: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all payments, including the Design Retainer and final balances, are an irrevocable investment in the custom design and production timeline. This policy stands even in the event of client cancellation or changes after the final approval stage

Your Final Seal of Approval is Paramount.

Prior to printing and production, you will be provided with a Final Digital Proof that reflects every detail of your suite. Your written approval serves as the final authorization and agreement that all names, dates, colors, and wording are correct. Karina's Invitations is not responsible for errors found after this final client approval has been received. Please review all details carefully your approval ensures every element is perfect and personalized.
